Best Tai Chi class i've been to

I have been going to the Friday Tai Chi class for about 6 months now and I am making steady progress under Cherry's guidance, despite me having suffered a stroke a few years ago. I am getting my self confidence back and my balance & coordination has improved a lot since starting this class.

Lucky enogugh to train, and spend time with Cherry [the principle instructor] a few times. Her confidance and impressive structure are evidance of both her deep understanding and physical capacity to interperate and teach the internal martial arts system which Her school offers. The time she spent in China and the back catalogue of knowledge she generously shares are a testimony to her own dedication ,Well worth a look..I have been to many schools in the area ,hard to think of another I would rather put my faith in.
