Having had a proper plumber round and a Gas Safe report highlighting 20 points of failure including an AT RISK I cannot more strongly encourage anyone to avoid using this company. The Flue installed is unsafe, the boiler is unsafe, the pipes were left unlagged, pressure relief is piped wrongly and the condense pipe fails building regulations. Electrics are faulty and we are left with a house that isn't getting warm and where the pressure in the boiler is having to be topped up once a week. The system wasn't commissioned and we are now having to pay to have the whole system replaced properly. All this despite following reviews, taking up references, using checkatrade etc...
