Our Ethos

Everything we do comes from a desire to provide companionship, a true befriending service, to those that are living alone and at risk of isolation and loneliness. It also extends to those that may be living in residential care or staying in hospital.

Our Vision

To lead the way in delivering genuine companionship and home-care to our aging population in the Bexhill, Polegate, Eastbourne, Hailsham, Seaford and Hove areas of Sussex.

Our Mission

Sussex Helping Angels is committed to exceeding your expectations in providing you and your loved ones with a holistic, personalised, compassionate, consistent and affordable care service. We also continuously: Train and build positive relationship with our staff so they feel valued and happy at work, develop and maintain meaningful relationships with the community, professionals, voluntary and private sector, conduct our business in a professional and accountable manner, comply with current legislative requirements and Sussex Helping Angels' professional code of conduct, apply quality improvement measures to ensure we provide an impeccable service, listen, evaluate and develop our services to meet our clients' wishes.

Housekeeping

We take care of the routine, daily housekeeping jobs, sort the weekly/monthly chores, organise deep cleaning, ensure the home maintenance is taken care of.

Nutritional and Well Being

We will shop for you, prepare, cook and serve meals.

Socialising

We will arrange outings: day trips, family and friend visits, garden centres and church services, appointments and shopping for clothes, gifts and food, facilitate a dining experience in your own home.
