awful company to deal with
I cannot comment on the quality of the swimming lessons but would like to warn others about dealing with this company. They charge a registration fee of £25, which is not mentioned on their website or in their welcome pack. You can only call them on an 0870 number which is profit making and they also sell your details, email address etc. to marketing companies (e.g. aweber). After realising what I had paid (£9.25 a lesson!) I queried the cost and the woman was extremely rude and aggressive. They refunded only 75% of my payment, despite the lessons not starting for another month. Overall a very upsetting experience.
