Appaling company who breaks United Kingdom law

We purchased two power supplies from this company in good faith through Amazon. They sent the wrong items, on the surface of it a simple mistake to make. When informed, they should have apologised, arranged a collection (or just provided the means to return the items with as little fuss as possible). Instead they make us jump through hoops. They wanted photos to be taken etc. They clearly do not understand the Sale of Goods Act or latest distance selling regulations. Finally, they resorted to calling us "Clowns", so insult us rather than provide any kind of customer service. You will find more than one negative review on their Amazon account about them sending out the wrong items then being absolute twerps about providing refunds. They also trade on Ebay and their trading name is "1stopgadgets" You must not buy from this company.
