Terrible level of service
Tameside Healthcare were recommended by my NHS voucher scheme,so when I rang a few suppliers for quotes I waited the two weeks (after 4 price quote request calls from me) until they finally got back to me with a price - which was £100 cheaper than the next cheapest quote. Seemed worth the wait until I got there and (after a very long wait for any staff to arrive in the showroom) the same man who gave me the quotes on the phone said the prices he had given me were not correct and the chair I wanted was much more expensive. Sick of the wait I bought it anyway...and then had to wait almost a year (after several calls from me) for them to send my receipt to the NHS so I could get my voucher discount.
