Better than on the tin
My boy joined this club after I found it on here, and he has really come out of his shell. The instructor really has a unique way the children, and I have a learnt a lot from him myself. I've just started going to the adult classes now, and although I'm aching in places I didn't even know I had muscles, I am finding it great fun. I would highly recommend it to any one. Great value for money too!!
