nspiring Confidence - Team Black Belt is Solihull's largest karate school with over 250 children attending our age specific, fun packed classes every week.

For 5 to 'nearly 7' year olds there's our Little Dragons programme, then Karate Kids 1 for 7 to 9 year olds, with Karate Kids 2 classes for aged 10 and above.

(Don't tell anyone but we also run classes for Mums and Dads as well!)

Whilst it would be nice for every child to become a "black belt" we feel it is more important that each child's confidence and self-esteem is built and developed so that they can realise their full potential in every day life.
We achieve this through the building of success after success with karate skills & self-defence activities, mixing in games that develop co-ordination, balance and quick reactions.in a fun and friendly atmosphere.

We also expand on the 'self-protection' aspect of karate by working with students on life skills; such as knowing your parent's phone number for the little ones, through to anti-bullying and 'stranger danger' strategies for the older children.

Runs on: Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays
