TEIGN VALLEY DANCE ACADEMY

Teign Valley Dance Academy is a friendly dance school in Devon which teaches dance in a fun, relaxed but professional manner to students of all ages and abilities.
It offers classes in ballet, tap, modern, hip hop, street dance and jazz in Kingsteignton, Chudleigh and Christow.
Classes are taught by a qualified dance teacher in a new fully equipped dance studios with sprung floor, ballet barres, mirrors and heating.

Teign Valley Dance Academy is a dancing school in Kingsteignton, Chudleigh and Christow which offers fun dance classes to children of all ages, from toddlers to teens. Classes are held in the Gymnastics centre in Kingsteignton, the Town Hall, Chudleigh and Teign Valley Community Centre in Christow.

Dance classes available at Teign Valley Dance Academy include ballet lessons, tap dance classes, modern dance lessons, street dance, hip hop and jazz dance. Pupils can perform in dance displays, shows, workshops and dance festivals.
Children can enter the ISTD dance examinations in ballet, modern and tap, or simply dance for fun, get fit and make new friends.

Teign Valley Dance Academy teaches ballet lessons from age 18 months. Baby Ballet classes are available on Mondays and Saturdays and cost only £3 per session. Your toddler can learn how to express themselves through dance and music, gain confidence and co-ordination whilst learning basic ballet steps in a fun and friendly environment. Children progress into more structured ballet lessons based on the RAD and ISTD ballet styles, and have the opportunity to enter the ISTD dance examinations if they wish.

All dance classes are taught by an ex-professional dancer, qualified and experienced teacher, a registered member of the Imperial Society of Teachers of Dancing. Dance lessons at Teign Valley Dance Academy are taught in safe spacious studios with ballet barre and mirrors. The dance studio in Kingsteignton has the additional benefit of a sprung dance floor for safety, easy access and ample free parking, whilst the Chudleigh studio has been recently re-furbished and offers a spacious, safe and airy environment for your child.
