Temple Island Meadows

Temple Island Meadows is a blank canvas of beautifully maintained meadows located on one of the most beautiful reaches of the River Thames just outside the market town of Henley on Thames, on the borders of Buckinghamshire, Berkshire and Oxfordshire. We have been running events of all sizes for over 30 years at this stunning and unforgettable venue, with rolling meadows to one side and the picturesque Temple Island and the River Thames on the other you couldn't wish for a better outdoor venue for your event.

Steeped in history the area is famous for hosting riverbank hospitality during Henley Royal Regatta and over the years we have hosted everything from small fundraising events, dragon-boat racing and corporate fun days, to romantic wedding receptions and over the last few years we have been host to the 80s Rewind Festival with over 30,000 visitors. Temple Island Meadows is a truly versatile venue.

Temple Island meadows is situated on the Berkshire bank of the River Thames (the racing side) and covers approximately half of the Henley Royal Regatta course, including the Start of the racing.
