Availability and flexible working hours area key part of the TESLA ethos, we offer call-outs from 8 in the morning until 19:00 in the evening. We have extended hours if you book in advance.
High customer service levels is one reason you might have already head about Tesla Computers. You get a dedicated engineer or consultant who will be aware of you needs and requirements, if issues arise in the future they will be clued in to your current setup and know how best to help you.

Its hard enough when computers go wrong with out trying to explain it on the phone, we offer a free personal visit to identify the exact problem.
We have a new service which deal's specifically with OAP's. These engineers are selected because they have a very patient and understanding nature.
Value for Money is a key factor with Tesla Computers, unlike many IT firms our employees are paid on a fixed monthly salary NOT by how many jobs they complete. There is no hard sell, they will be working to get the job completed as quickly as possible and all prices will be discussed up front.

A cut above the rest
After four years of hassle free computing I finally got a dreaded internet virus. My computer wouldn't enter Windows. I went over to a friends house and phoned a few companies in the Thompsons directory. I know from newspapers and magazines that many IT companies just format PCs as a hassle free way of repairing them. However this was not going to be good for me as I had emails, photos and documents that I needed. I contact a number of companies who offered me a format over the phone. We saw Tesla Computers had a website and decided visit it teslacomputers.co.uk we saw they offered a range of repair options and phoned up. I phoned Tesla who told me they could repair the PC in 90% of cases and could recover all my documents if my PC needed a format. They offered to come and look at the PC that very day at no cost. Two days later they returned with the PC on time as arranged, it was fixed, setup and all my documents etc were there! Tesla were smart, prompted + honest and seemed to know what they was talking about. I would use this company again and would recommend them. My only quibble is that they didn't offer a credit/debit card payment (July 06). Not a problem, just something to bare in mind.

The best out there, real answers to IT issues
I have had my personal computer for around four years and since I have retired it really has become a great way for me keep in contact with friends and family who do not live very close. After four years of hassle free computing I finally got a dreaded internet virus. My computer wouldn't enter Microsoft Windows . I was put through to Geoff who told me he could repair the computer in 90% of cases and could recover all my documents if my machine needed a format. He even offered to come and look at the computer that very day at no cost. He did so and he offered me a fixed fee to repair the computer. I have a direct line number to Geoff who was smart, prompted, honest in his valuation and seemed to know what he was talking about. I would use this company again and would recommend them. My only quibble is that they didn't offer a credit/debit card payment (July 06). I don't carry much cash and I haven't used my cheque book in years!! Not a problem to much, just something to bare in mind.

Know what they are doing when others dont

Helpful, qualified, easy to use and effective
I have a small home based business with a mixture of 2 Windows computers and 2 apple computers. I wanted them to be networked and to share my printers etc. I have had IT companies in before. Most of whom were one-man bands who seemed to be nice enough but limited in knowledge or larger companies who charged alot and was hard to get in contact with who did the work as they have so many non-designated engineers. After phoning around a couple of businesses i wasnt sure any of them were really clear on what they were going to do. I contacted Tesla Computers who were more then happy to take time to explain what i needed and what was involved going to be involved in getting my network working. They told me the advantages and disadvantages of all the options and were able to give me there opinion. They were happy to show there qualifications and had a good understand of my needs as well what the computer hardware. It was a personal service provided by well presented employees. They dont charge to come and look at problem, there phone support has been great. They boast flexible working hours too. They were upfront about prices, they have rewarded my loyalty. In general they know what they are doing with regard IT/Computers and business. If you have a problem they should be your first choice b/c they have knowledge experinced and have Microsoft and Cisco qualifications. 10/10, top company.

Same day service, polite and qualified.
After suffering a number of IT issues in my home office i need to call in some IT pro's. After phoning around a few local companies none compared to the level of service and qualifications delivered by Tesla Computers. They offered a no-fi-no-fee and a no call out charge service. They have various qualifiaction including ones from Microsoft. All the work was carried out in a vary polite and curtious manner. There phone support has been amazing!! No hassles, no ifs, no buts, they knew what they were doing and they did it. I was consulted through out and they made the best choices when i was out of depth explaining the advantaged and disadvantages of each option. I have both Apple Mac and Windows PC's which now share files, the internet etc. I also have my own "dial-in" network know as VPN. Really worth call and worth every penny. 10/10. GARY.
