Thank you so much for all the work you did on the computer, and especially for salvaging all my software and data. The machine now runs like a new one -- no more hanging about for half a day while screens load. You're a wizard! And you're a double wizard -- I've just followed your IE suggestion -- it worked straight away coming up with a Congratulations! So that's doubly brilliant. So, again, many many thanks. Having now had time to appreciate just how much work you've put into restoring everything, not to mention adding on all the bits and pieces, I'm wondering if you bill covered all this adequately. I think I'm now owing you a bucketful of coffee at least!!
