What is Thought Field Therapy (TFT, tapping therapy)?
TFT is possibly one of the simplest, quickest and most powerful healing modalities that exists.
Simply by thinking about a problem and tapping certain parts of the upper body in a certain sequence, problems can often be completely erradicated in one session.
TFT can treat phobias and fears, traumas of any description, anxiety, stress, depression, addictions including smoking, anger and rage, guilt, obsessions including OCD, shame, embarassment, physical pain, jet lag and more. It can also help improve sports performance, help with weight loss and help to remove blocks for spiritual aspirants.
The therapy is like a code that when tapped in the correct sequence unlocks the door to healing from within.
What issues can it help address?
TFT can help with all of the following and more:
Traumas, including love pain, bereavement, abuse, divorce and seperation, rejection, job loss, illness, accidents,bullying, effects of war, surgery, PTSD and countless others.
Anxiety, including panic attacks.
Addictions including smoking, food addictions and help with weight loss, drug addictions etc.

TFT can also help people who are feeling blocked or stuck on their spiritual journey. We just need to identify the blocks and often they can be tapped away.
Within my TFT session with Paul, together we addressed a few different issues, all of which were deep rooted. Paul assured me that this was a safe, non-invasive treatment in which I was completely in control. Durning the session, I was pleasantly surprised when I started to feel a sense of calm. After many challenging experiences within the past six months, calmness was not a feeling I was used to. To my surprise, and within this short space of time, I developed an entirely new outlook and felt an incredible sense of calmness. Since completing the session with Paul these issues that were forever tormenting me, seemed to have settled and I actually feel like a weight has been lifted. Finally! I still have issues to address, although with the help of Paul, I am now feeling a lot more optimistic. If anyone is considering trying TFT, I would highly recommend it. With Paul’s welcoming and calming approach, you might just be surprised at what issues can be addressed with the use of TFT.

From a young age I have had a strong phobia of dogs. Until recently this phobia was so strong that I could not even be in the same room as a dog let alone come into close contact with one. Sometimes even thinking about being near a dog would make me feel panicky. As a result my level of anxiety relating to dogs rated at a maximum 10/10 on the scale. However after under- going a course of Thought Field Therapy on this issue I found my fear of dogs radically reduced at each stage and I can now approach dogs in a much more confident manner.
