Disgraceful
Terrible customer service. Communication is non existent when thereis an issue withan order. Quite frankly they couldn't give a monkeys. Waited 6 weeks for some blinds (told a 3 week waiting time). I was made to feel like I was being unreasonable when I raised it. Ended up cancelling the order. Disgracful.
