i found these guys by chance. My Baxi 3 year old boiler had a E168 error and had blown 2 PCB boards in the space of 2 weeks. Rob the engineer spotted some immediate small issues and stayed all day until 7pm speaking to the Head Techician and his team at Baxi HQ with no joy. This company genuinely didn't want to leave us another night (even in August) without heat/hot water and more than that they were *determined* to get to the bottom of the problem* Chris Pierson (owner) was happy to provide aftercare advice on the phone and even called to check everything was still ok the day after the repair. I got a proper invoice and they neatly packaged the old parts so i could see they'd been replaced. I was even able to pay by bank transfer and they gave me a discount as they'd spent 15 labour hours on the job. I absolutely couldn't fault them. *for ref fault with house electrical supply dropping out & only discovered when we shut off all other power to sockets. A 1 in a million fault
