County Court Judgement
Prom dress ordered Feb 2013 didn't arrive until June. Daughter never measured and surprise dress ordered didn't t fit. Alterations couldn't even get it close to fitting. Told daughter must have put weight on. Ask for refund told no chance. Wrote to them twice and Trading standards wrote to them, they never replied to any letters. Took them to small claims, they couldn't be bothered to turn up. Awarded refund plus costs. Stay clear of this shop almost ruined my daughter prom. Lets see if they pay up.

Excellent!!!
The ladies in The Bridal Room could not do enough for my daughter. From the point of ordering to the point of collecting the dress - a year later, they were second to none. I would not hesitate to recommend them and their dresses are beautiful with plenty of choice.

Ruined my day
Bought my dress from here an my daughters dress after been messed about so much I told them what I thought of there devices when I got the dress they told me if they didn't fit its was tuff an not to go back, so happens mine is 3 inches small round my back (which fit when I was at my first fitting as they have now took it in too much and my daughters dress was ripped. Avoid this shop at all costs once they have your money they don't care

Rubbish
The bridal room castleford wherw i purchased a prom dress was the worst shop i have ever ever ever been in and will never be returning the staff are ignorant and never ask you what you have gone in for when you stood waiting they never call you back when they say they will and the prom dress was falling apart by then emd of the day where thwy had taken the hem up, we sent it back and they promised it would be ready within two weeks.........2 month later the dress has never been returned to ua because they wont pick up the phone or take any notice of us when we call in the shop

Five stars!!
I have just been to the bridal room in castleford, and would just like to say the lady who served/helped me was fantasic. She was really helpful and tried me in loads of different dresses, she listened to what i wanted and wasnt pushy, unlike a lot of other places in the area. The choice of dresses is fantastic and i cant wait to go in and get my dress in a few months, they should have re located by then too. Top service and and lovely staff!!!
