AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Booked a van , took a week to get. Collected just before they shut ready for a early start the following day. 6am comes and van would not start and dead as a door nail. No documentation to show whether there is a recovery service and unable to contact budget as don't open till 9.15am.. Still unable to get anything other than an engaged tone, I then make my way in my own vehicle and cost for the round trip of 12 miles to there depot to be told that "you must have not done what I said with the tail lift like keep vehicle running. After telling them that tail lift as not been messed with, was told to bump start it with some jump leads. Told them we have tried that to no evail. "Well there's nothing we can do, I'll speak you our mechanic later but can't give you a time when. "Can we take that vehicle then?. No not until old one is back...We returned home , asked the local farmers to pull us with there tractor. After finally getting started at 2.30pm, there was not any point loading the van as had to be returned by 5, so we took vehicle back to then find they are shut "from 2.30 till 4 30 on a school run"..THIS HIRE COMPANY IS BY FAR THE WORSE COMPANY I HAVE EVER HAD TO DEAL WILL AND I CAN ASSURE YOU , THIS WILL BE THE LAST. RUDE,UNPROFESSIONAL AND ATTITUDE THAT I CAN ONLY DESCRIBE AS SHAMBOLIC. . AVOID AT ALL COSTS
