About
The Budo Foundation is an academy of martial arts that has strong Japanese roots, but has incorporated then for today's modern, and sadly at times, violent society. We offer training that will develop both an inner and outer confidence and you will grow in strength both physically and mentally. Training session are in the form of one to one tuition or small classes, depending on your individual learning style. We have venues in the Cheltenham area and across Gloucestershire, including Stroud and the Forest of Dean. We also have dedicated instructors in the Swindon and London area. You are invited to attend a free introductory lesson, where you can find out more about the academy and have any questions answered.
