My partner and I applied for a car at the car centre in Northwich and we were called by a sales colleague called Damien. After we received that first call he was there for everything we needed such as what type of car we wanted and what type of budget we had. After 2 hours he called us back after taking all of our details and told us that if we went down they had a car on site which we wanted. So we went down with all the documents he told us to bring and we were there for about 1 hour in total. Damien showed us the car told us that it needed two new tyres fitting on the front which he sorted out at no extra costs. Not only did Damien have the tyres done he also got us a car which was under our budget. From that day Damien helped us to get out dream car and we couldn't be anymore happy if we tried. It took Damien 2 days from the first call to us driving the car home. I would highly recommend the car centre in Northwich to anyone and we will be back again for sure. Thank you to Damien and we will see you in a year.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS
WE PURCHASED A CAR ON FINANCE FROM THIS COMPANY. WAS TOLD I HAD BEEN APPROVED FOR FINANCE AND THE GARAGE LET ME DRIVE THE CAR AWAY THE SAME DAY. THE CAR NEEDED A FEW PARTS ONE BEING THE SAT NAV CARD AND WE WAS PROMISED THIS ALONG WITH THE MOT WOULD BE SENT WITH A FEW OTHER MISSING PARTS TO US THROUGH THE POST WE RECEIVED THE MOT, EVENTUALLY AFTER BEING LIED TO ON NUMEROUS OCCASIONS THAT IT HAD ALREADY BEEN SENT. WE NEVER RECEIVED ANY OF THE OTHER PARTS! THEN OVER 7 WEEKS AFTER BUYING THE CAR FROM THE CAR CENTRE NORTHWICH THEY (THE GARAGE) CALLED US TO SAY THAT THEY WANTED THE CAR BACK AS THE FINANCE COMPANY HAD NOT PAID THEM. THIS IS OVER 7 WEEKS AFTER WE WAS TOLD FINANCE HAD BEEN APPROVED AND WE HAD TAKEN THE CAR HOME. WE HAVE NOW HAD TO RETURN THE CAR TO THE GARAGE AND NOW ARE PURSUEING THIS GARAGE AND THE FINANCE COMPANY CARFINANCE247 AND THE MONEYBARN THROUGH THE FINANCIAL OMBUSMAN AND IF WE HAVE TO THROUGH THE COURTS to be compensated for all our loses ect ect AVOID THE CAR CENTRE NORTHWICH LIKE THE PLAGUE! WE HAVE BEEN CONSTANTLY LIED TO BY THE STAFF THERE AND ALSO BEEN THREATENED BY THEM. BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALER AT YOUR PERIL AS IN A FEW MONTHS OF YOU DRIVING AWAY THEY WILL BE COMING TO COLLECT THE CAR YOU THOUGHT YOU PURCHASED ON FINANCE BACK FROM YOU!!! IF I COULD I WOULD BE LEAVING NO STARS RATEINGS
