Exceptionally bad customer service
£2.50 for a small cone of ice cream served by someone that was clearly trained by Basil Fawlty. I asked for three whippy ice creams and was told that the machine was being cleaned. My mum asked how long it would take to clean, and the response was “when I have finished cleaning it”. Very awkward
