THE CROW KARATE CLUB teaches martial arts to children and adults of all ages and abilities. Various classes including Shotokan karate, tai chi & qigong and Smack fitness offer an opportunity for everyone to be challenged and have fun keeping fit. Beginners welcome.

Karate, Tai Chi & Qigong and SMACK Fitness Classes

There are a variety of classes at the club. The style of karate taught is Shotokan, for children from the age of four and adults from beginner to black belt.
The Yang style of Tai Chi, being the most popular form of the art, improves co-ordination and mobility. Qigong focuses on self healing and stress relief using abdominal breathing and controlled movement.
For general all round fitness and fun the SMACK class offers students a combination of karate, weight training, self defense and meditation.
For those who prefer the convenience of a personal trainer there is an opportunity for lessons that suit your work-life balance.
