If its a nice day dont head here to let your kids have some run around time. on a nice sunny sunday afternoon we wanted to eat outside and let the one and two year old toddle around grass area but were informed thet they don't serve food outside. We asked the manager if she would make an exception as inside was dark and very busy. I explained the one year old is just walking and wont like constraints of highchair. she said they were happy to let him roam indoors ??? I explained it would be difficult to see him and he is table height to hit corners and hurt himself. We even volunteered to collect food and return plates to bar but she was having none of it.I wont visit again we went to old barn same chain just down from moors valley and they were £1 cheaper for sunday luch, same menu and more than welcoming to let us eat outside, id make the effort to drive there in future. The curlew would only be good if you want to eat inside with older children who will stay still.
