NO SHOW...
The Essential Chocolate Fountain failed to turn up to our WEDDING! We sent a cheque for the full payment on the 26th January 2009 - FIVE months before the event! We have tried to contact the company several times regarding their no show, but they are impossible to contact. They string you along on their never-ending answerphone system with the line "thank you for holding, we will be with you soon...". What a let down. And at £395 a pop, it truly ruined our big day. AVOID at all costs!!! BIG BIG trouble.
