One to avoid
I booked this florist for my wedding bouquet and flowers. After being pleasant and helpful initially, the florist (Sabrina) became very unhelpful and even rude; refusing to do things she promised like making a mock-up of the bouquet and not responding to emails. She even refused to talk on the phone. Her attitude got so bad that with 10 days to go to the wedding, we had to find another florist. Complete nightmare. I strongly recommend you go to one of the other florists in Newcastle Emlyn or surrounding area.
