this is a great little country pub that is on a main route road, its always very busy because they do great traditional food such as roast and dumplings and the food is fresh and most probably from local farms that are nearby.the staff are very friendly and it doesnt take you long to get served. when i went here it had a very relaxed feel,and we sat for a few hours after our meal just enjoying the atmosphere. i would give this pub 9 out of 10 and will be going again with the kids next time so they can taste the great food
