From the moment we visited the great showroom to the completion of the room yesterday we found this company to be very friendly and professional, once you place the order (no hard sell) you are allocated an account manager who guides you through the process. The installation team turned up when expected and the work they produced was to a high standard and we have had no issues with the finished product In summary, cannot recommend highly enough

We had a wonderful experience with Green Retreats. We visited their showroom located outside Oxford having spent a few weeks earlier configuring and sizing the product from the website. The Staff at Green Retreats had been wonderful from start to finish. They had been very transparent and helpful when we spent 3 hours grilling them whilst performing our product due diligence in their show room. They sent their own expert engineers to assess the site, install foundations, deliver the main build, plastering, electrics and finishing. In summary, the Green Retreat products are excellent. The project teams are very well organised (everything is documented). The delivery teams and engineers are all very courteous, polite and they are extremely good at what they do. In my opinion, Green Retreats set the benchmark for product and customer service....they conduct themselves way better than firms which claim "they fit the best". We wish Green Retreats all the Best.
