Very dissapointed the green energy company operates a "sharp practise" policy when clients cancel within the specified time. Staff give false information, for example your cheque wiil be returned to you in the post, you wait 4days and then contact the office to be told the green company never return cheques they shred them, one week later the cheque had been cashed by the green energy company. Managers refuse to speak to you on the phone and the junior, incompetant receptionists give you the run around. My father telephoned 30 times with no joy. I am disgusted this company and their poor service.I just want to try and protect other people.
