The Grooming Room

At The Grooming Room we understand how hard it is to find a dog grooming salon you like and trust, a salon that listens to your requests and caters to your pet's individual needs. We work very hard to provide each of our four-legged friends a safe, low-stress professional experience in our salon.I've grown up with a passion for dogs ever since i could walk and my love and curiosity has led me to learn as much as possible about different breeds, their history and characteristics as well as understanding our dogs behaviours and way of thinking. I trained in 2006 at the Scotgroom Training School in Carluke and then went on to work as a groomer at Wizard of Paws Canine Care Centre in Glasgow where over a 4 year period I enhanced my grooming skills and worked my way up to Head Groomer. With these skills and my passion for understanding I have developed a natural relationship with even the most nervous of dogs and find in the grooming environment my clients dogs are able to be groomed relatively stress free.
