Hotel Consultant

Gerard has worked in the hotel industry since 1974 and has managed hotels since 1984.
After graduating within the Trust House Forte hotels group as a trainee manager in harmony with The Eastbourne Catering College. He commenced his posting working around the UK in varies different levels of management.
Gerard was very proud when he gained promotion and became General manager of his first hotel in 1986.
Since then he has developed his experience in all sorts of hotel styles until late 2007 when he became an independent consultant.

Restaurant Consultant

Gerard has always enjoyed the food and beverage side of the business and worked,managed and been responsible for many types of operation from carvery to Rosette awarded fine dining boutique city center restaurants.
Gerard's forte has been to review, coach, develop, train and analise teams so as to be able to achive favorable results.
Setting targets, budgets, forecasts, purchasing deals, kitchen management and carrying out break even analysis when required.

Catering consultant

With all the skills and achievements mentioned in the two previous paragraphs i am very happy and capable of helping any sort of catering operations no matter how small.
