Dishonest & unreliable

If would never recommend the Langley Banqueting & Conference Suite in Watford even to my worst enemy especially on their wedding day reception.. I celebrated my wedding in one of their halls in Watford this year after spending a lot of money in order to make sure that everything was perfect on my special day. The wedding reception didn't go beyond my expectations and was very disappointed with the food, the catering service, the management, etc. On a more sad note, I was returned my deposit only after 5 months of calling and chasing them. I had to phone them for 4 months before they returned my money. Furthermore, as my husband and I noticed that we had been overcharged unnecessarily we phoned the Langley offices and got to speak to Neha Gutka (who is apparently the daughter of the director). We asked Neha on more than one occasion to send us the prices breakdown of our wedding reception as a matter of urgency. Neha never bothered to reply and when we called her after 4 weeks she said that she had no time for us! We found her to be incredibly unprofessional, dishonest and unreliable. We called her again after one month and sent her an email but never got a reply from her UP TO NOW! She always seemed annoyed with our request to understand if we had been overcharged but she was happy to keep our money. The Langley is not good value for money. They change their wedding managers every month which makes your reception planning unreliable. They don't even bother to inform you when changes occur; they seem to be more concerned about overcharging you and getting away with it. We still believe we have been overcharged and are considering legal action.
