General Folkestone Kent - The Lanterns

At The Lanterns we can offer our members in Folkestone a professional, top of the range snooker hall and club, perfect for experienced players and those looking to improve their game. We have 3 snooker tables, 1 of which is a match table, and are regularly brushed and ironed to keep them at their best. We truly take pride in making our snooker hall the experience that any player would enjoy. The highest of standards. Our owner Julian is an ex-professional player himself and as such knows what is expected of a truly class snooker hall. Along with our 3 snooker tables, we also have 4 supreme pool tables, with cues and other snooker equipment provided by us. Often running in-house snooker and pool competitions, we have local league competitions on Monday nights with availability for more teams to join, and Thursday nights we have our Folkestone Singles Pool League Competitions, keeping you playing and having fun. Here at The Lanterns we know the fantastic atmosphere created by live music, and we always look forward to hosting a huge array of live music and cabaret for the people of Folkestone's enjoyment. The live music and shows that are performed here at The Lanterns are perfectly suited to all tastes, because from open mic nights, to jazz, to local up and coming rock bands, solo artists and flamboyant cabaret, there will be something for you.
