Due to a misunderstanding (via text message/email) over paying a deposit the Loose Cover Company cancelled our order. The taylor who came out to measure our furniture was very polite and professional. The woman who worked in the office was very rude and extremely unprofessional. The whole event upset me a great deal. I would NEVER recommend this company to friends and family.
