Appalling Customer Service
I rang and asked if I had gotten through to the right clinic and the man on the other end of the phone replied "yes it is and I'm busy" in a very rude, patronising and abrupt phone manner and the phone was then put down. I am absolutely appalled by this service, and I haven't even used their service yet, but it is for sure that I definitely WILL NOT be using it in the future.
