More than adequate for my needs. I have been here for nearly 13 years. Initially fairly mobile, I now suffer from limited mobility. Eastlight / Greefields have invested recently in the complex and I have received new double glazing, a new wet bathroom new front door and a new kitchen. Alas, there is no residential care co-ordinate but ‘Carecall’ is adequate for my current needs; it’s a pity that there is an open ‘trade button’ for entry and no CCTV avaibke.I have no real complaints and like the fact that I am still able to be independent knowing that help is at hand. I do like my privacy and don’t use the communal facilities. Other down points include the out-dated carpets and delay in renovating the foyer; keeping aesthetically pleasing will help to ensure all residents value keeping the building clean and tidy; but, nevertheless, my overall opinion is satisfaction.
