Our next event is on 11th & 12th November @ Aberavon Leisure & Fitness Centre Aberavon, SA12 6QW. Our booking forms are out and already we have had a great response.

Our regular stands will be flying the flag for Natural Living!! Many local holistic centres offering taster sessions in Reflexology, Massage, Bowen Therapy to name just a few!
Alex Belogica with his runes and numerology charts, Tropic Natural Skin Care will be offering mini facials. Of course not forgetting our Old Mill Foundation Stand will be attending!

This expo is all about a natural and holistic way of life, with more than 60 exhibitor stands, taster sessions, free talks and workshops, free demonstrations and wonderful vegetarian food. A weekend not to be missed.

Jaynie and Sarah host Natural Living Events in South Wales throughout the year. They both have a holistic background and decided to spread the word. The events have evolved from a small show with 30 exhibitors in a Swansea hotel back in 2005 to one of the largest and most popular health & wellbeing events in Wales.
