Cowboys

These people are Cowboys. The man Gerry came over all nice and professional. I explained what needed to be done and that money was no object. He priced the job at £15.00 per person per hour and clearly stated the job would take no more than 3hrs. I specified that the floor needed to be deep cleaned to remove urine saturation from a tiled floor and a full clean from top to bottom of a small self contained warden controlled flat. This man guaranteed a good job would be done. the flat did smell better at first, however two weeks down the line I have been back into the flat and the smell is horrendous. They had just masked the urine smell with air fresheners. I spoke to this man on the phone and when I told him the flat stunk, and wasn't very clean, he turned very nasty and said my father in law was a very disgusting man for "pissing" everywhere in the first place and that I had refused to pay their going rate but they had cleaned the fridge. This is a tiny table top fridge and four people at the time said how fresh it smelt. There wasn't four people there. Just him and a miserable young girl. They had wiped everything down with a dirty cloth. He said we would email the invoice and has not done so. This was January 10th 2013 Steer clear of this company. They will rip you off.
