The home it self
The home seems dirty,the staff dont seem to have great relationships with the kids,Staff seem to be upsetting the kids by following them place to place,The kids do seem understanding and well comfortable around the home, the food doesnt seem fresh,The rooms arnt homely enough as one of the YP mentioned to me on my visit "It reminds me of secure accommodation". I feel the furniture in the rooms need removed so the YP can style there room 2 make them feel at home. I also feel the staff need to lay back on the following the YP even if there going to the shop.
