We left our dog at these kennels for one night and he was in such a state when we picked him up his vet said that if they had not known him they would have been considering putting him to sleep. He was freezing cold and soaking wet. His bedding was saturated and some of his belongings had vanished. He could not walk and the staff dragged him out back to us. They hadn't even noticed how bad he was. Considering this place has a vets it is a disgrace. They have ignored my letter of complaint. The kennels are clearly badly run, not heated and animals certainly don't get one to one attention.
