Difficult Customer Service

I put a suit in for dry cleaning at Oval Dry Cleaners and at £9.50 I would expect a level of quality and service. On collection of my suit, there were a series of holes in the top of the suit arm, these were not there prior to the cleaning as I tried the suit on and would have noticed as they are rather large. On contacting the Oval Dry cleaners to see what they could do for me in the way of an Invisible Repair, I was told I was clearly in the wrong and that they could not possibly have caused the damage. I requested they inspect the garment and they refused point blank advising that it was not their responsibility and it was tough. My suit jacket is now ruined and a new one needs to be purchased for the wedding I am attending in two days. I fully agree with supporting the local shops, however the way I have been treated, I will not use them again and urge anyone to consider the larger, more professional dry cleaners over and above this one.
