At The Pastry Room, we produce and sell a range of freshly frozen pastry crumbs and crumbles for the catering market. Our unique 'Freeze n Flow' process allows the frozen crumb to be poured directly into your mixing bowl, and then add water to create scratch quality pastry in seconds!
