I have long-standing neck and back injuries that require pain management, mobilising exercises and improvement in core stability. The team of physiotherapists, the associated GP sports specialist, and the Pilates teacher have been invaluable in helping me manage my condition. At times they have also used acupunture (two physios are qualified) reflexology and other interventions. The reception staff are friendly and they too are excellent listener
