SHOCKINGLY BAD AFTER SALES!!!

anyone who is thinking about spending their hard earnt cash on a hot tub from this company should think twice!!! I bought an expensive hot tub from them a year and a half ago and have regretted it evrr since! firstly we thought the hot tub had caught fire because it let off white smoke and an electrical burning smell.resulted in the fire brigade being called to my house.the fireman also thought it was on fire but burnt itself out.whilst this was happening I had the owners daughter on the phone talking to me and the fireman about the situation.she was overly nice saying she would compensate me and replace the tub etc.yet the following day I unfortunately had to deal with her father the owner of this company.there was no apologies or any explanation for what had happened the previous night.infact this guy went from being the happy all smiles over the top salesman to an aggressive bully of a man.knowing that I am a single women I was obviously an easy target ! infact he was so rude he reduced me to tears and I had to call trading standards to find out my rights! in the end I threatened to go to the owner of ruxley garden centre for the way I had been treated by the owner of the pool and spa company and informed his daughter of my actions.as she was easier to deal with she had her engineers come to mine to fix the damage to my tub.the guys were nice and easy to deal with but they was instructed by the owner to only fix one piece of the outer shell of which the fireman had cut open.the tub was left dirty because the owner had told them not to do clean it as that would cost me if I wanted that done. so I wasnt compensated or even given the tub a clean as a good will gesture...absolutely shocking! then today iv called them because the screw that holds up the filter cover has corroded and wont unscrew to be able to get the filters out for a clean.their receptionist (who also has an attitude) told me it will cost me £95 call out charge plus any parts that need replacing, just to remove this screw! when I told her the tub is still under warranty she replied saying that the owner says that the screw isnt under warranty?! so there is a screw that has been put in a hot tub and it has gone rusty.bad design on the manufacturers part surely?! covered under warranty. ...no! funny that! so now iv got yet another fight on my hands it seems from this awful company! and all over a screw! so where is the customer service there??? it doesnt exsist AFTER you have handed them thousands of pounds! so please think twice about using this company as u might just regret it as much as I have!
