If I could give zero I would. Apparently never a complaint in all the time it’s been open but here’s mine. The dress cost hundreds of pounds and extra for alterations, which is expected but the lady took the wrong measurements or at least gave the wrong ones for this dress and tried to pass blame when it came back too big and the seamstress refused to alter it because it would ruin the dress. The dress was chosen over 3 months ago but because of the problems, a new dress had to be ordered and wasn’t available until the morning of prom! The time was so stressful with worry that it wouldn’t be back in time. A bit of discount was given which wasn’t much compared to all the stress, and on top of it there was no apology, especially since the seamstress messed up on one of the straps. Not worth the money for the dress or the alterations so save your money and go elsewhere!
