they take your money and run
If you can avoid it do not deal with the Property Centre in Cupar. They are very nice to you when you take on a property but when you are leaving they will take around 8 weeks to give you your deposit back!! Also when the house was infested by mice it took them 3 months tpo get this sorted. also on average it takes them 6 months to respons to emails. The owner had a cheek to tell me that she is a director and therefore too busy to deal with customers!! Wow, says it all really.
