The Regent Shopping Centre lies at the heart of Hamilton town centre. Built in the 1970s it has been the prime shopping destination for almost 30 years. £9 million has been invested in a substantial high quality refurbishment of the centre which will ensure its continued success for years to come.

With quality anchor tenants including Marks & Spencer, BHS, Wilkinsons and Boots together with major names such as New Look, Dorothy Perkins and Evans, the centre provides a strong retail offer to a large, loyal catchment population.

Hamilton is the principal shopping destination for a large catchment population to the South and East of Glasgow. The strong position of the town is underpinned by an immediate catchment population of 50,000 which increases to 350,000 within 10 kms.
