Laser Treatment at The Retreat Ringwood

I attended the centre for a series of six laser treatments between September 2011 and May 2012. I had previously had some laser treament in Southampton and I was so pleased with the results that I took up an offer at the Retreat for more. The results this time around were extremely disappointed. There has been little change to the area that I went in to be treated on, the staff seemed to be ill trained and uninformed in the basic trade terminology. On one occasssion the therapist treated the wrong area and has ruined the hair that I wanted to keep! I rang to explain the situation to the manager, and was told the therapist had left. It would have been nice to receive an apology at some stage, yet this was too much to ask from this establishment. All in all I would recommend that you go to a better establishment. If you would like laser treatment, go that extra distance to Sk:n, where the service, environment and results were first class.
