Originally established in London Bridge, Southwark, London in 1981. We opened our doors here in Gillygate, York in 1985.

We stock carefully selected HiFi, chosen for it's sound quality, Digital Streaming Systems, Multi-room Solutions and Audio Visual Systems. Most of it is sourced from UK based manufacturers. We specialise in installing Audio Digital Solutions, and Linn LP12 re-sets, upgrades and sales. David, our turntable technician, has long been known as one of the best of engineers in the business and his reputation is widely acknowledged.

The Sound Organisation (London) originally found fame in the 1980s with the design and manufacture of The Sound Organisation turntable stand, which was designed to complement the Linn LP12 turntable. The SO Stand was quickly recognised as an industry standard, purchased by both customers and manufacturers alike to improve HiFi sound quality. We still maintain our commitment to getting the best out of your system.
