just had fantastic 5* service from the specs factory norwich. After long suffering and a extreamly bad service from the store "where every little helps" I went to the specs factory norwich, plenty of good choice frames, excellent prices, proffesional and frienly service. But the best part.... I went in at 1.pm on wenesday, chose my glasses, just £89.00 with FREEtransitions lenses. And got a phone call at 3.30pm the next day to say they were ready to collect. Fit beautifully and excellent quality. Plenty of good value offers, ie 2 for 1, free prescription sunglasses, money off ect. would recomend to all, i will begoing back for more with family and friends.
