• Domestic Appliance Repair Training Course

The White Goods Training Academy was set-up to help fill the skills gap that exists in this sector. The aim is to increase understanding and knowledge of current appliances, fault finding, diagnosis and repair to enable newly qualified appliance service engineers to start with confidence.
What makes us unique to any other Domestic Appliance Service Training Center?

Not only will you receive hands on experience in the workshop, but you will also have the opportunity to shadow an engineer in the afternoon on live jobs.

One of the partners owns a busy repair company, which we feel, puts us in the best position to provide training as we know what issues effect the market and can therefore offer up to date advice and training.

Our Domestic Appliance Training course will enable you to repair washing machines, dishwashers, tumble-dryers, microwaves, ovens and fridge freezers with confidence. Along with the workshop training you also get the opportunity to go out into the field to work on live jobs to gain the necessary knowledge and experience.

Every home owns at least three appliances the potential to make a good living out of this industry is huge. Or you maybe seeking employment or to retrain in which case this course will put you in a good position to gain employment with any one of the major manufactures selling in this country. We can even make introductions where needed.
Training can only offer so much, on the job training will help you to see first hand what you will encounter and how to overcome issues. We offer this as an additional service for those that would like that extra training or experience on a per day basis.

No prior experience is required, only a willingness to learn.
