Ruined my wedding memories!
Where to start? My bridal bouquets were not only nothing like what I had booked and paid for, they were out of shape, the wrong colour and filled with flowers which I told Kathy at the Wedding Day Company I hated. We had to call out a new florist on my wedding day to remake something decent because the originals were so horrible I cried when they were delivered. The table flowers were also horrible, not well made and NOTHING like what I had booked. I have complained and the company owner is refusing a refund or apology. I can't tell you how much this has upset my wedding memories and ruined my photographs. Awful, awful service and products, I'm disgusted!! Can't explain how angry I am.
